To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract with PureFlow. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, including if we believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms.
PureFlow offers water delivery services to residential and commercial customers. Our service offerings, pricing, and availability may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
Current pricing information is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with notice to existing customers before such changes take effect for their accounts.
Special promotions may be offered from time to time and are subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be disclosed at the time of the promotion.
By placing an order for our water delivery services, you agree to provide accurate delivery information, including address and access instructions if necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order according to the schedule you select. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control, such as weather, traffic, or access issues, may affect delivery timing.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe, accessible location is designated for drop-off. If we cannot complete a delivery due to access issues, you may still be charged for the attempted delivery.
You must inspect all delivered products promptly and notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge that payment method for all fees associated with your account, including recurring charges for subscription services.
For subscription services, we will bill your payment method in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly, depending on your selected plan). By subscribing to our service, you authorize us to bill your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your services. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney's fees, incurred by us in collecting any past due amounts.
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to avoid charges for that delivery.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

Certain service plans include the use of water dispensers, coolers, or other equipment ("Equipment"). Unless otherwise specified, such Equipment remains the property of PureFlow and is provided to you on a rental or loan basis for the duration of your service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Services without our prior written consent, except for:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUREFLOW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PUREFLOW MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUREFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL PUREFLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PUREFLOW FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PureFlow, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services, with or without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and you must return any Equipment provided to you as part of the Services.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and PureFlow regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
